



Below you can view the step by step process to how your website will be designed and how payment will be received.
For all other services except for website design payment will be expected in full as a one time payment unless part of a package deal or agreed by Design Live. For our website design service payment is usually expected in full but if you feel monthly installments would be a better option for you then we can offer this preference for you. This deal would depend on your package, your website and the total amount due. You will need to contact us to discuss this before our terms have been agreed upon.
Step by step guide
Below states how your website will be created.
- We will start off by having a chat via email or the telephone, we will send over recent designs we have done so you can get ideas and then listen to any ideas you have about your website and what you are wanting.
- We will then start putting together mock designs, usually just 1 mock design at the start and incorporate any ideas you have and include existing content from your current website. Once we feel a mock is completed it will be uploaded to our server and emailed over for your viewing
- Once an agreement on price and design has been agreed at this stage the client will then accept our terms and conditions in order to progress. This is all done online.
- Work will start on the final design, a list of what is needed in regards to website content will be sent to the client.
- Once we feel the design has reached a stage of completion it will then be uploaded to our server and emailed to the client so the client can go through all the website and ensure everything is in order and working as they wish.
- Once the client is happy with the final design and is wanting to go live with it an invoice will then be emailed to the client and payment is required immediately unless a payment plan has been agreed between DESIGNL and the client.
- As soon as payment has been received the clients website will be set live by us or by the client if they wish to do it themselves.

Payments can be made online using our account number and sort code or by posting a cheque to us. The details of how to make these payments will be
given on the invoice.
Invoices are to be paid immediately once received. We do offer a monthly installment payment plan. The greatest number of months available for this plan
